1. Nature of the Software
Nemesis Cheats develops and distributes digital tactical software, external overlays, and hardware utility tools intended strictly for educational, research, and entertainment purposes. You understand and acknowledge that using third-party modifications in online multiplayer environments may violate the terms of service of third-party game publishers.
2. Licensing & Access
- Each purchased license key is bound to a single hardware identifier (HWID) unless explicitly designated as a multi-device plan.
- Sharing, reselling, leaking, cracking, reverse engineering, or redistributing our loader binaries, license keys, or internal API endpoints is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent termination without refund.
- HWID resets are available via our Discord ticket system upon legitimate hardware replacement or upgrades, subject to staff review.
3. Delivery & Activation
All orders are digital goods and are delivered automatically via our Discord ticket system immediately upon payment confirmation. Once a license key is generated and activated on a machine, the digital delivery is deemed complete.
4. Refund & Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of digital software and instantaneous key activation:
- All sales are final once a license key has been generated and dispatched.
- If a product is technically inoperable on your system despite fulfilling all documented OS prerequisites (e.g., Windows 10/11 x64, virtualization enabled), our support staff will assist you directly. If an issue cannot be resolved on our end, an equivalent replacement or subscription credit will be provided at our discretion.
- Chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent claims on PayPal, credit cards, or crypto gateways will lead to immediate global blacklisting across all Nemesis infrastructure.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your anonymity and data privacy:
- We do not collect personal identifying information (PII) such as real names, physical addresses, or financial account details.
- For license validation, our loader transmits an irreversible cryptographic SHA-256 hash of hardware identifiers (HWID) and an encrypted session token.
- We do not log user activities, gameplay sessions, or sensitive keystrokes.
6. Modifications & Updates
Nemesis reserves the right to update features, perform maintenance, or adjust server offsets as needed to maintain undetectable status. During major game engine updates, compensation time is credited to active subscription holders when applicable.
